    • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.

    • Create meaningful visualizations that communicate organizational performance and business trends.

    • Establish reporting standards, definitions, and governance for metrics across departments.

    • Produce recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for executive leadership.

    • Convert complex operational data into concise, actionable business insights.

    KPI & OKR Program Management

    • Aggregate information from multiple enterprise systems including Jira, Power BI, security platforms, compliance systems, ticketing platforms, and operational repositories.

    • Analyze business performance, project execution, risk exposure, operational effectiveness, and service delivery trends.

    • Identify leading indicators that support proactive decision-making.

    • Develop recommendations based on quantitative analysis and business priorities.

    • Drive consistency in metric collection and reporting methodologies.

    Data Analysis & Insights

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

    • Prepare executive-ready reports and visual summaries for business reviews and strategic planning sessions.

    • Identify operational bottlenecks, reporting gaps, and improvement opportunities.

    • Facilitate informed discussions around priorities, risk, performance, and investment decisions.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Project Management, or related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in business analytics, project management, operational reporting, business intelligence, or related disciplines.

    • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.

    • Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management, and executive reporting.

    • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Jira, Service Management, risk management, or security platforms.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
