Job Description:
- To be responsible for preparing visa & work permit application/extension documents for multinational clients (both BOI and Non-BOI companies).
- To accompany with client to the related government authorities for visa & work permit application
- To monitor working schedule/ maintain proper document filing
- To support the other team member on administrative work and/or as assigned by team leader
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- For Senior: minimum 3 years experience and For Assistant Manager: minimum 6 years of experience in work permit & visa applications process
- High vocational certificate or higher in any field
- Having experience in processing the work permit & visa applications for foreigners will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good command in English
- Able to work well in a multicultural environment and under pressure
- Service-minded & good sense of responsibility
