    Job Description

    Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

    (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Receive packaging materials (film, fiber bags, inserts, labels, trays, pads, etc.)
    • Off load trailers using forklift and store in appropriate warehouse location.
    • Pick and stage downtime lists onto pallets (check off, back order as needed, document all logistics movements).
    • Assist with any items needed in the Warehouse by Live Supervisors or Mechanics.
    • Load outbound items onto flatbeds, trucks, for ranch deliveries.
    • Perform cycle counts as needed.
    • Complete all Warehouse documentation (forklift checklists, housekeeping checklists, loading/unloading checklists
    • Be ready to deliver items to Ranches if needed.
    • Maintain Warehouse organization and housekeeping

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to meet company forklift licensing requirements.
    • Good numerical aptitude.
    • Good interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to read and write in English.
    • Ability to lift 50lbs and adjust caseloads.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach above head.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Basic math skills.
    • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
