As a Licensing Worker, you'll work directly with applicant and licensed foster, relative, and kinship families, providing ongoing guidance and support while helping families successfully navigate the licensing process. Resource Development Advocate

The Licensing Worker provides ongoing assessment, guidance, and support to applicant and licensed foster, relative, and kinship families. This position helps families navigate licensing and renewal requirements, completes home studies and home visits, maintains required documentation, and provides continued advocacy and support to licensed families.

This isn't just a licensing position—it's an opportunity to build relationships, advocate for families, and help create safe and supportive homes for children.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field; Master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with at-risk populations required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible in work hours including some evenings and weekend appointments..
• Reliable transportation required.
