• Overall, 8-10 years' experience
• Relevant Project management Experience should be around 5-7 years
• Candidate should be strong background of software product / Saas based products
• Should have worked as a developer prior to being a project manager
• 3+ years Jira Administration a. Jira Cloud administration b. Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, schemes c. Manage releases, versions, sprint structures d. Build dashboards and reporting
• Experience with MS - Azure - DevOps is plus
• Strong experience with Agile delivery and should have managed multiple Agile teams
• Portfolio-level reporting
• PMO governance experience
• Should be able to provide estimations and solutions to different opportunities with the help of technical experts with quick turnaround.
• Knowledge of the logistic / e-commerce domain is good to have, not mandatory
• PMP or CSM certification is good to have, not mandatory
