We are currently seeking an experienced Stockpile Dozer Operator to join our CHPP Operations team.

About The Role

Reporting directly to our CHPP Operations team, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient management of product coal stockpiles while supporting production and train loading activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating D10/D11 dozers on product coal stockpiles.
• Constructing, maintaining and reclaiming stockpiles to maximise product quality and recovery.
• Managing stockpile blending in accordance with operational requirements.
• Supporting train loading and coal reclaim activities.
• Completing pre-start inspections and routine equipment care.
• Identifying and reporting equipment defects or operational hazards.
• Working collaboratively with the CHPP and Production teams to achieve production targets.
• Maintaining Foxleigh's standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience operating dozers on coal product stockpiles within an open-cut coal mining operation.
• Strong understanding of stockpile management, blending and coal quality principles.
• A commitment to working safely and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Sound communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across operational teams.
• Current Open C Class Driver Licence.
• Relevant machinery competencies and signed skills list.

Desirable:

• Experience working within a CHPP environment.
• Loader or other ancillary operating skills.
