As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding the group's market presence within your assigned region. Combining commercial expertise, customer focus, and strategic thinking, you will identify new opportunities, develop long-term customer partnerships, and promote innovative solutions that create value for both our customers and the business.

Your tasks:

• Drive business development and grow market share by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts

• Manage the full sales process from understanding customer requirements and developing tailored solutions to preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals

• Act as a trusted partner to customers by providing technical and commercial support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating projects with internal teams to ensure successful execution

• Implement and execute the regional sales strategy by developing action plans, managing your sales pipeline, contributing to budget objectives, and delivering sustainable business growth

• Monitor market trends and represent the company externally through competitor analysis, identification of new business opportunities, participation in trade shows, and promotion of the company's products and solutions within the industry

Your profile:

• You combine strong technical and commercial skills, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business, or a related field, and have successfully developed business within an international industrial environment

• You are a proactive business developer with a strong customer focus, able to identify opportunities, build lasting relationships, and deliver solutions that create value for both customers and the group

• You thrive in a results-driven environment, demonstrating resilience, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders

• You are fluent in French and in English, you are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable interacting with customers, colleagues, and decision-makers across different cultures

• You are adaptable, responsive, and willing to travel frequently, bringing a positive mindset, and the determination needed to succeed in a dynamic sales environment
