Must-Have Skills
Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience designing and configuring: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Knowledge Base, Queues, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Entitlements and SLAs
- Understanding of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.
Development Skills
- Strong Apex development experience.
- Expertise in: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs: REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, Platform Events
Automation & Integration
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with:ERP systems, Marketing Automation platforms, Contact Center solutions, Third-party applications
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
Development Best Practices
- Experience with Git-based source control.
- CI/CD and DevOps understanding.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Unit testing and deployment management expertise.
