WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

This is a busy Cardiology practice with operating hours of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
This in person position will allow you to enjoy work life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work
Respond to patient calls and electronic messages, prioritize concerns based on clinical urgency, provide education within scope of practice, and ensure timely resolution of patient needs
Facilitate care coordination by scheduling appropriate appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, processing prescription refills, and supporting continuity of care across the patient journey
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient communications, clinical assessments, and care interventions in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Associate's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
1 year Nursing/Patient Care in acute care or ambulatory settings Preferred
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board
