We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.

As a RCA you will
Follows the resident assessment in providing services to residents.
Assists in the updating of each resident’s assessment.
Assists resident with personal laundry, if requested.
Assists in preparing residents for meals, serving meals, bussing tables during mealtimes and cleaning the dining room.
Assists with cleaning residents’ apartments.
Assists residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility.
Reminds residents to take prescribed medication.
Encourages socialization among residents.
