As a member of the Retail Account Team, you will play a key role in supporting customer growth, executing strategic initiatives, and helping deliver best-in-class service to our retail partners. 

What You'll Do

• Support the Retail Account Team across a variety of sales, planning, and customer initiatives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, internal partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent Franz professionally in all customer, consumer, and company interactions.
• Collaborate with sales teams across the organization to communicate and execute growth strategies.
• Assist in the achievement of sales objectives and key business goals.
• Support the successful execution of new product launches and innovation initiatives.
• Prepare reports, manage calendars, coordinate events, and participate in business reviews and sales meetings.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional product quality and customer service.
• Help identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
• Provide outstanding customer support through responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of DSD, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food industry, or related sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of retail sales, distribution, customer management, and DSD operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and open to change, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to execute effectively under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% to 40% within the United States.
