What You Will Do:
Under general supervision, the Senior Behavior Specialist for Fred Finch Youth and Family Services/CARES (hereinafter FF) conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate participants’ development level, behaviors, and skills; develops behavior intervention plans and treatment plan with specific and measurable goals for participants; implements therapeutic interventions, and provides ongoing support and guidance for participants, caregivers, and staff; assumes responsibility for developing and delivering training programs for behavioral health technical staff; collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team; and performs related duties as assigned.
