What You'll Do
The Educator II designs and conducts educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff including various National Certification Courses, Preceptor Development Training, and other various system courses and serves as a back-up instructor for Patient Care Orientation, RN Residency Program. The Educator II promotes and leads by example the Freeman Health System's Five Star Promise of Compassion, Teamwork, Professionalism, Ownership and Communication.
