Reports To: Director of Revenue Management
Location: Remote – Nashville, TN proximity preferred; candidates based in TN, GA, AL, or KY are encouraged to apply.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to properties as needed. Given the concentration of the portfolio in Tennessee, proximity to Nashville or the surrounding region is preferred.
Summary
The Pricing Advisor supports revenue management strategies across the multifamily portfolio through pricing analysis, market research, and performance monitoring. This role is responsible for day-to-day rental pricing, lease expiration management, concessions, and renewal strategies while identifying opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue performance.
Working closely with Asset Management and Property Management, the Pricing Advisor will analyze property and market data, lead pricing discussions, identify trends and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
