Responsibilities:
Develop new features or products for an area of our platform working alongside with Development Team
Makes every effort possible to execute and to complete assigned stories/task within the constraints of time and scope.
Collect information on the problem to pass it to the development/product team if necessary.
Responsible for testing software functional, design and quality requirements for the components.
Diagnosing the root cause of the problem and resolving them as per the SLA.
Working with tools like postman, script editor, etc. to help customers provide quick solutions by writing scripts, etc.
Coordinate with all cross functional team to analyse issues.
Requirements:
Experience – 0-1 Years
Qualification - B-Tech in IT, Computer Science
Knowledge in JavaScript/NodeJS.
Programming with good debugging skill is essential.
Basic Knowledge in database such as Mongo dB, MySQL, Oracle.
Knowledge in Data model language: XML, JSON, HTML.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and tools like postman, etc.
Knowledge of Basic Agile Methodology.
Qualification - B-Tech in IT, Computer Science
