Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all financial activities related to the business, ensuring the integrity of accounting and financial systems.
• Support monthly and year-end closures, including account reconciliations and audit support.
• Submit controlling data and financial statements to management teams.
• Provide financial reports and analyses to support business activities and statutory meetings.
• Conduct standard cost planning, cost allocations, stock-taking, and manage overdue and investment processes.
• Manage construction in process and tooling projects, including asset placement and customer invoicing.
• Interface with commercial, production, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of receivables and payables.
• Prepare and analyze monthly results, including operations based in Mexico, and report to global lead center management.
• Develop monthly rolling P&L forecasts and support annual operating planning.
• Prepare financial analyses and supporting documentation for capital investments and statutory meetings.
• Explain financial concepts to local teams and provide training as needed.
• Participate in special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional-Level English language skills preferred

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of standard cost accounting systems; experience with QAD/Manufacturing Pro is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
