Responsibilities:
- Support in the planning and execution of process- and risk-oriented audits in the national and international environment with a consultative approach
- Support and carry out financial and business process analyses regarding effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and adequacy of internal controls
- Communication and presentation of audit results
- Development of methodological knowledge in auditing
- Support of investigations, as needed
- Support in the analysis and optimization of internal and administrative processes
Qualifications:
- University degree preferably in either of the streams, e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related experience
- 2+ years of audit experience
- Good understanding of internal auditing theory and practice, excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, etc.) and IT systems (preferably SAP) and data analysis
- Strong communication skills and diplomacy skills to guide influence and convince others
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally (up to approx. 50% of working time)
