Responsibilities:
- Manage Supply chain planning. Develop Monthly, Weekly and daily planning to align demand forecast with manufacturing capacities of the site, Suppliers & Job Workers.
- Manage procurement of Plastics resins, Packaging materials, bought out components, consumables and indirect materials. Develop strategic supplier relationships
- Optimise Inventory levels ensuring inventory levels while ensuring high service levels. Monitor inventory projections and implement actions to achieve targeted stock levels and working capital goals.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials with FIFO/FEFO compliance, optimal space utilization, full material traceability, with high accuracy.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Be SAP Key user for MRP, Production planning and related activities for Adas. Ensure accurate master data, inventory transactions, and planning parameters in SAP systems.
- Provide analysis on customer service level, coverage of inventories and other SCM –specific

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, commerce, Operations, or related field.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 10–15 years of manufacturing supply chain experience.
- Experience in plastics, FMCG, consumer products, injection moulding, or packaging industries preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
