OUR MISSION: To empower families and individuals in need by addressing the underlying causes of their poverty and providing each client with a personalized, comprehensive plan that supports them on their journey to self-sufficiency and the opportunity to contribute to the community.

Job Summary: Provide appropriate supporting housing services for homeless individuals or families, formulate case plans that promote moving towards self-sufficiency. Understand grants and other community housing resources available for clients. Assist in locating affordable housing within the client’s budget and the guidelines of the grants.
