    • Support family-centered care through education, communication, and collaboration with parents and caregivers.
    • Participate in Rehabilitation Services department activities and initiatives designed to enhance patient care and clinical programs.
    • Maintain current clinical knowledge and participate in continuing education opportunities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
    • Current Wisconsin state license as an Occupational Therapist.
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for the Healthcare Provider, or an AHA-approved equivalent, within 90 days of hire.

    Preferred:

    • Experience working with infants, pediatric patients, or in an acute-care hospital setting.
    • Experience with developmental, sensory, feeding, positioning, or other neonatal/pediatric occupational therapy interventions.
