The Life Enrichment Coordinator’s role is responsible for organizing, promoting, implementing and evaluating individualized life enrichment programming (one to one, small group and large group basis) to maximize clients' independence and consider the needs and interests of individual clients. Completes documentation including person centered care plans, progress notes and activity participation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must complete probationary period successfully.
Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, team members, peers, and other professionals appropriately. Strong prioritization and organization skills. May need to Completed applicable CBRF classes including Medication Passing later on.
