Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking a SENIOR Customer Service Rep, preferably ENGLISH and SPANISH speaking.
What you will do:
Create orders for customers
Address customer issues
Process returns and payments
Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6:30 pm)
Hours over 40 hours/week paid at 1.5x hourly rate
What we are looking for:
English and Spanish-speaking preferred
Reliable and good communicator
Able to use a computer to create orders (e.g., look up data, enter text, navigate screens)
Can pass a background check
Hiring process: on site interview > background check > hire
Pay dependent on fit for position and experience.
