Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and updating of business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collect and analyze market data, financial information, and operational metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of business initiatives.
- Monitor business performance indicators and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in tracking the progress of business projects and initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis and research assignments as needed.
- Continuously develop knowledge of company operations, market trends, and business planning practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
- 2-4 years working experience in Business Planning or related experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a keen business sense and attention to detail.
- Willing to learn with patience, with longer term perspective and commitment to details.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
