1. 倉儲/運輸費用管控
• 負責審核倉儲3PL及運輸承包商費用報支明細，確保資料完整與準確。
• 協助部門進行文書資料整理，負責訂單、出貨單及發票的彙整與報帳作業。
• 執行報帳流程，依照公司相關規定辦理費用核銷(Ariba系統操作經驗為佳)。
• 提供預估費用金額，供部門預算安排與決策參考。
2. 管理及優化倉儲/運輸流程
• 與倉儲3PL及運輸承包商保持良好溝通與協調。
• 整理及維護相關資料及報表。
• 協助主管交辦事項。
