Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the customer service team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic customer inquiries and provide general information.
- Support the coordination and organization of customer service activities.
- Help maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the customer service department.
- Support in managing and tracking customer requests and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Participate in Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives by supporting automation, process improvement, and system enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with common office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office365, SharePoint).
- Cope well under pressure and maintains professionalism.
- Candidates with knowledge of Power Apps, programming, process automation, or involvement in IT projects will have an added advantage.
