    Job description

    • Permanent, full-time position
    • Auckland-based role with national scope
    • Own the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of key technology solution portfolios

About CodeBlue, the Managed IT Services sector of Fujifilm Business Innovation New Zealand

At FUJIFILM Business Innovation (FBNZ), our commitment to empowering Kiwis to harness the power of technology is unwavering: “We never stop finding ways to help Kiwis work smarter.”

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM Business Innovation, CodeBlue aspires to be the forefront provider of IT strategy, IT operations, business processes, and business intelligence for mid-sized New Zealand organisations and businesses. The CodeBlue business unit employs 180 people across NZ and provides IT Managed Services to over 300 organisations nationwide. At CodeBlue, the pursuit of delivering an exceptional customer experience is not just a goal; it is the driving force behind every endeavour.

    About the role

As Product Manager, you will own the strategy, go-to-market approach, and commercial performance of key CodeBlue solution verticals, with an initial focus on Infrastructure Services, Microsoft, customer training, networking, and other growth areas as required. Reporting to the General Manager of CodeBlue, you will also contribute as a member of the CodeBlue Extended Leadership Team.

This is a high-influence, cross-functional leadership role for an experienced product, portfolio, or go-to-market professional. You will turn technology solutions into repeatable, profitable, and continuously improving service offerings that customers value, while aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and partner capability behind shared growth goals.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for each solution vertical, connecting market and vendor direction with CodeBlue offers, delivery capability, sales execution, and marketing.
    • Define portfolio priorities and maintain clear roadmaps that guide investment, capability development, and leadership resourcing decisions.
    • Own revenue and margin targets, identify market expansion opportunities, and evaluate pricing, packaging, and commercial models.
    • Manage the full product and service lifecycle from market insight and concept development through launch, adoption, continuous improvement, and retirement.
    • Create repeatable sales plays, value propositions, target customer profiles, and commercial approaches that support stronger sales execution.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to set direction and requirements for campaigns, events, thought leadership, and customer-facing collateral.
    • Lead cross-functional solution teams across engineering, sales, and marketing, aligning delivery capacity and capability with customer demand.
    • Provide clear reporting on portfolio performance, roadmap progress, growth opportunities, risks, and priorities to the CodeBlue leadership team.

    Skills & experience

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Solutions or Portfolio Manager, or Go-to-Market Lead within an MSP, IT services, cloud, technology vendor, or reseller environment.
    • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and margin improvement across a portfolio of technology products or managed services.
    • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business cases, pricing and packaging models, and return-on-investment assessment.
    • Experience across the full product lifecycle, including market research, service development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead across engineering, delivery, sales, and marketing without direct authority.
    • Ability to translate technical capability into clear customer value propositions, repeatable sales plays, and commercially viable services.
    • Strong understanding of infrastructure, backup and business continuity, IaaS, networking, Microsoft, and modern managed services markets.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification, Microsoft partner ecosystem experience, or product management certification would be advantageous.

    Benefits

    • Health insurance, including GP and prescriptions.
    • Enhanced leave entitlements including Birthday Leave.
    • Long service awards.
    • The opportunity to shape and grow strategic technology portfolios within a leading New Zealand Managed IT Services business.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the world's leading innovators and take ownership of solution strategy, commercial growth, and go-to-market performance. If you are commercially minded, customer focused, and skilled at bringing people together to turn technology capability into market success, we would love to hear from you. Please apply online.

Please note that applicants with the right to work in New Zealand will only be considered for this position!
