    • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to benchmark roles and set competitive salary ranges.
    • Collaborate with Finance on workforce planning, headcount modeling, and compensation budget forecasts.
    • Lead annual pay cycles (merit, promotions, incentives) with process integrity and on-time delivery.
    • Manage compensation surveys (e.g., Radford), analyze market data, and recommend market adjustments.
    • Conduct internal pay equity analysis; recommend and track remediation actions.
    • Ensure data integrity and controls across HRIS and Payroll; maintain auditable documentation.
    • Liaise with HRIS and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate pay outcomes.
    • Perform annual economic research, recommend inflation assumptions, and report regional trends.
    • Lead regional compensation projects and support ad-hoc executive requests.

    What you’ll bring

    • Experience across multiple regions, including the UK and Denmark.
    • Hands-on experience with job architecture, market pricing, and salary survey interpretation. Experience with Radford would be advantageous.
    • Strong knowledge of compensation laws/regulations in applicable regions.
    • Advanced Excel skills; strong analytics, modelling, and data storytelling. Workday experience would be advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence with data.
    • High attention to detail, quality control, and confidentiality.
    • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Why join us

    • Shape regional compensation strategy with significant business impact.
    • Partner closely with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and the business.
    • Work in a high-growth environment with the autonomy to innovate and improve.
