We've partnered with a subscription-led ecommerce business that customers welcome into their homes month after month. Their range is exclusive, so members can't buy it anywhere else, and it's delivered straight to their door. The model is built on loyalty: members come back because they look forward to what arrives next.
They are part of a global group trading across several international markets. Locally, they run a portfolio of consumer brands across Australia and New Zealand, with another about to launch. Every one of those customers is won online, so digital acquisition isn't a support function here. It is the engine of the business.
For a performance marketer, that combination is rare. You get a product people want, a customer base worth acquiring and a business with the appetite to keep growing it.
This role is for a performance marketer who wants their thinking to count, not just their optimisation.
You'll own paid search and paid social for two brands, with a genuine 50/50 split between the channels. The budgets, the forecasts and the results are yours. So is the story behind them: why performance moved, what to test next, and where the next dollar of growth sits.
Your recommendations go straight to the Head of Acquisition and shape where the business invests. As AI changes how search works, you'll help decide how the business responds.
Own paid search and paid social for two brands across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta.
Set and manage budgets, build forecasts and keep spend on track against new customer, CPO and ROAS targets.
Dig into performance, find the insight that matters and turn it into a clear recommendation for the wider team.
Build the Looker Studio dashboards the business uses to understand performance.
Design and run a test-and-learn programme across audiences, creative, offers and bidding.
Help launch a new brand, from its first campaigns through to scaling.
Broaden your remit into affiliates and help relaunch a referral programme.
Around three to five years' hands-on experience across paid search and paid social, in-house or agency.
Depth in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with Meta experience to match.
Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio.
Confidence in Excel for budgets, forecasts and pacing models you build yourself.
The ability to present performance insight clearly to people outside the platforms.
A genuine interest in how AI is changing search, bidding and measurement.
You want to know why a number moved, not just that it did. When you share results, you arrive with a view on what should happen next.
You like owning an outcome end to end. A small team where your work is visible appeals to you more than a large one where it disappears.
This role is not for you if:
You see reporting as the end of the job rather than the start of the conversation.
You want to go deep on a single channel rather than run both search and social.
You'd rather let the numbers speak for themselves than present your thinking.
You prefer layers of specialist support around you to owning results directly.
Competitive Package: Competitive salary plus super and bonus.
A Genuine 50/50 Remit: Full ownership of both paid search and paid social, giving you broader experience than a single-channel role.
Commercial Impact: A direct line to the Head of Acquisition, where your analysis shapes where the budget goes.
Launch Exposure: A new brand about to go live, so you'll help build its acquisition strategy from the ground up.
Room to Grow: Scope to expand beyond paid media into affiliates and referral as the channel mix evolves.
Modern Search: Active encouragement to test how AI is changing search, bidding and measurement, and to shape how the business responds.
Flexible Working: Flexible arrangements to support your work-life balance.
Staff Discounts: Exclusive discounts across the brand portfolio.
Birthday Leave: An extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
If this sounds like your next move, apply today. We'll be in touch promptly.

Fulcrum replaces ERP, MRP, and MES with a Manufacturing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, allowing small and mid-sized manufacturers to improve efficiency through workflow optimization and automated data collection. Fulcrum delivers value through a fully digital, paperless workflow leveraging machine learning, automation, predictive analytics, and advanced heuristics to drive throughput and profitability. Software doesn't have to be complicated. The software you use in your personal life (Facebook, Uber, Amazon, etc.) is intuitive, and you don't need training to understand how it works. Why should your business software be any different? We're helping manufacturers transition to cutting-edge, future-proof software that lowers the stress of everyday operations, gets more out of good employees who are difficult to hire, automates tedious tasks, and operates more efficiently than what exists in the manufacturing software space today.
