What's Furbnow? Furbnow is a retrofit service helping homeowners reduce their energy bills, cut their carbon footprint, and fix their cold homes. We guide customers through the messy, complicated decisions around upgrading their homes - then we actually get it done, from design through to installation, with expert support throughout. Our customers are navigating something that's often costly, confusing, and frankly a bit scary. That's where we come in. We're building a digital platform that will allow us to scale the business to tens or hundreds of thousands of homes, managing a customer journey with many touchpoints, large amounts of data, information, and technical coordination. Having digitised the core processes, we are automating and building AI features to turbo-charge our delivery.
