**The Role**\ We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, high-impact engineering team. You will work directly with our co-founder and CTO, an AI startup veteran with a successful exit, a decade of ML experience, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition. As a core team member, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered sales automation while building world-class software at breakneck speed.\ \ **What You’ll Do**\ Architect, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end features across our stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, microservices, and Chrome extensions).Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to build and ship features at the speed of [light.Design](http://light.Design) and implement scalable, high-performance AI-driven applications.Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability in a microservices architecture.Experiment with AI agent architectures (bonus points for Langchain experience).Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.\ What We’re Looking For\ 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with experience in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.Experience working with microservices architecture and Chrome extensions.Ability to thrive in an ultra-fast-paced startup environment where we ship daily.Passion for AI-driven automation and interest in Langchain or agent architectures is a big plus.Experience working with sales tools or GTM automation is a bonus.High agency with a bias for action and ownership.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.\ \ \*\*Why Join Us?\*\*\ Work directly with world-class founders.
