We’re looking for a part-time or full-time Bartender to join the Margo’s team.
This is a high-volume, docket bar where speed, consistency, and attention to detail matter. One minute you’ll be shaking the perfect Margarita, the next you’ll be sending out a Frozen Marg Tree while the printer keeps rolling.
What you’ll do
- High-volume cocktail service: Produce cocktails quickly, accurately, and consistently during busy services.
- Docket management: Stay on top of a fast-moving docket rail and keep drinks flowing to the floor.
- Quality & consistency: Follow recipes, specs, glassware, and garnish standards, even when the bar is pumping.
- Bar setup: Keep your station stocked, clean, organised, and ready for volume.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with the bar and FOH teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Hospitality standards: Uphold host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG standards.
Who you are
- You thrive in a busy, high-volume bar and enjoy the energy of a full restaurant service.
- You work quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency.
- You’re confident managing multiple dockets and priorities at once.
- Previous cocktail or high-volume bartending experience is strongly preferred.
- You have solid cocktail fundamentals and confidence using standard bar tools and techniques.
- You stay calm and focused when the docket printer doesn’t.
- You’re organised, proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
