Chef | odd saint (Morning shifts)

We’re growing our kitchen team and are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join us at odd saint.

We’re looking for someone with some experience in a professional kitchen who has a good foundation of skills and, most importantly, is keen to learn and continue developing.

Whether you’re ready to take the next step in your kitchen career or already comfortable running a section, we’re open to the right person and will shape the role around your experience and capability.

About the Role

As part of the odd saint kitchen team, you’ll play an important role in delivering quality, consistency, and efficiency during service.

You will:

• Work confidently as part of the kitchen team, with the opportunity to take greater ownership as your skills develop.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Stay organised and prepared during busy service periods.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Take an active approach to learning and developing your skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Some previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
• A good foundation of kitchen skills and a willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability and clear communication.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced service environment.
• A team-first mindset.
• Pride in your work and a genuine desire to develop as a chef.

You don’t need to know everything already. We’re looking for someone with the right foundation, attitude, and drive to keep progressing.
