We’re looking for a full-time Front of House Team Member who brings energy, professionalism, and personality to every shift. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional daytime dining experiences, from the first greeting to the final farewell.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service that makes every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
- Confidently manage your section to ensure smooth service flow and strong communication throughout each shift.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, confidently explaining dishes, dietary options, and beverage pairings.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and FOH teammates to ensure timely, seamless service during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting dining environment at all times.
- Uphold host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG’s service standards.
- Assist across different areas of the venue as required to support the team and guest experience.

- Previous FOH or hospitality experience preferred.
