This evening porter role covers a nightly walkthrough of the property, including collecting trash bags left outside resident doors and getting them to the on-site dumpster or compactor. What You'll Do Walk an assigned apartment community each evening Collect bagged trash left at resident doors as part of your rounds Transport collected bags to the property's compactor or dumpster Keep an eye out for anything that needs attention along the way What You Need Comfortable walking a property and doing light physical work each evening A vehicle to get to and from the property (helpful, though not always required depending on the community) Reliable and consistent — same nights, same route Evening availability, 5 nights a week
