Gameloft Montréal recherche un(e) nouvel(le) Chef d'équipe concepteur de quêtes qui rejoindra l'équipe Donjons & Dragons, Ce jeu novateur fusionnera des mécaniques action-RPG/survie avec les éléments uniques des jeux de simulation de vie pour redéfinir le genre et captiver l'imagination des joueurs du monde entier.
Le Chef d'équipe concepteur d quêtes aura la charge de faire évoluer et assurer la qualité de la vision des quêtes du projet, et d'assurer leur intégration harmonieuse au sein d'un monde ouvert, en veillant à ce qu'elles soutiennent l'exploration, la progression et les systèmes de survival craft tout en offrant une expérience cohérente aux joueurs. La personne sera également responsable d'encadrer, soutenir et accompagner les membres de son équipe dans la conception, l'itération et la livraison des quêtes, tout en veillant à leur cohérence avec les objectifs narratifs, de gameplay et de production.

Gameloft Montreal is seeking a new Lead quest designer to join the Dungeons & Dragons team. This innovative game will blend action-RPG/survival mechanics with unique life-simulation elements to redefine the genre and captivate the imaginations of players worldwide.
The Lead quest designer will be responsible for evolving and ensuring the quality of the project's quest vision and their seamless integration into an open world. They will ensure that quests support exploration, progression, and survival-crafting systems while delivering a cohesive player experience. Additionally, the role involves mentoring, supporting, and guiding team members through the design, iteration, and delivery of quests, while ensuring alignment with narrative, gameplay, and production objectives.
