Responsibilities Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Understand the customer needs and create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing Develop key referral sources, build a network and general leads for future sales Establish, nurture, and manage long-term partnerships to maximize mutual success Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for growth Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be easily transferred to the installation team Promote our company, products, and accessories wherever possible Ensure all scheduled work is performed to the customer’s satisfaction and resolve any issues or problems
