General Laborers support daily manufacturing and production operations throughout the facility. Team members may work in corrugator, printing, finishing, or shipping departments while assisting with machine operation, material handling, quality inspections, housekeeping, and equipment support.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a desire for continuous improvement and quality workmanship. Essential Responsibilities
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Stable work history
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as tape measures
- Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, manufacturing equipment, and hand tools
- Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical examination
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for 8 to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hand stacking, flipping, sorting, and stacking corrugated boxes
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including hot conditions
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Schedule & Compensation- Must be available to work 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
- Competitive hourly wage
- Shift differential available for 2nd Shift
- Pay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
