Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical-Mechanical Technician Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior technicians and engineers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing equipment.
• Support the installation of new systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance system performance.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an Associate degree or equivalent program in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the assembly and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience through internships or co-op programs in a technical setting.
• Knowledge of control systems and PLC programming.
• Basic proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings.
