The Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the Commercial Organization, including Field Sales, Strategic Accounts, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing and Commercial Leadership. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring the effective execution of commercial initiatives, onboarding, meetings, events, travel, fleet administration, communications, and organizational support activities.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Commercial Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of GC America’s commercial organization while ensuring consistency, communication, and execution of strategic priorities.
