Join GCI Residential as a Maintenance Supervisor at Legacy North Pointe in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a maintenance team, make a meaningful impact on the resident experience, and take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep a thriving apartment community running at its best.

    • Monitor expenses and help ensure maintenance resources are used effectively.
    • Partner with the Property Manager to establish high standards for the community and create an environment residents are proud to call home.
    • Deliver a high level of customer service while building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
