Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist position

• History of a High producing office.

• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

• Path to Partnership with no upfront cost

• Busy, family-focused practice with strong patient loyalty

• Consistent new patient flow and full clinical schedule

• State-of-the-art digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging

• Clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership

• Annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000 minimum guaranteed annual salary – move to higher earnings through production

• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week

• Paid malpractice insurance

• 401(k) with immediate eligibility

• $2,500 Annual CE Allowance + In-house Continuing Education opportunities

• Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active State Dental License & DEA License

• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:

  • Restorative procedures

  • Extractions (simple and surgical)

  • Crown & Bridge

  • Endodontics (Root Canals)

  • iTero scanning

  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
