    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving

    Preferred Qualifications

We value a wide range of experiences you may stand out if you have:

    • Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain

    • Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply

    • Passion for a career in operations, supply chain, or EHS

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect across levels and functions

    • Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement principles

    • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments

    Why Join Us?
At GE HealthCare, we’re building a healthier world - powered by operational excellence. As an OMLP participant, you’ll be part of a global team that values innovation, inclusion, and integrity. Through hands-on rotations and leadership development, you’ll gain the skills, experience, and support to grow into an operations leader - ready to drive impact across the healthcare supply chain.
