Requirements
- 8+ years in network support and/or engineering roles, preferably enterprise level CCIE or equivalent certification
- Extensive practical knowledge of all levels of the OSI network model
- Experience with protocol analysis, Break Fix, and proficiency with protocol analyzer and debugging tools
- Proven ability to work closely with and mentor others
- 5+ years’ experience with updating and creating technical documentation
- Hands on experience with private cloud networking configurations and support
- Experience with scripting languages
- Exemplary problem-solving skills Duties
- Diagnose and resolve network problems as they arise
- Document problem resolution methods and procedures for knowledge base
- Perform packet analysis when necessary
- Mentor and educate operations networking staff
- Interface with engineering and change management teams to document and peer review planned changes
