FSQ Lab Manufacturing Technician
Shift/Schedule: Mon - Fri with weekend work as needed | 1st Shift | 6:00AM - 2:00PM
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $21.60/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines across all manufacturing processes, including batching, processing, filling and packaging.
- Execute physical and chemical testing of raw batches, finished products and any other testing as defined by the Quality Monitoring Scheme.
- Execute sampling, testing and release of bulk and refrigerated ingredients.
- Execute pre-operation routines, which includes sanitation approval for equipment and environment, and compliance against product change-over requirements.
- Execute CIP validation and allergen testing.
- Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples during manufacturing operation.
- Execute hold routines including creating events for nonconforming ingredients, packaging material, raw batches and finished products.
- Execute verification and validation routines for sanitation and allergen controls.
- Execute review and approval of food safety and quality records created throughout shift.
- Coordinate verification and calibration routines for inline and in-process equipment, i.e. X-Ray, Metal Detectors, in-line filters, etc.
- Execute verification routines for pre-requisite records and Programs.
- Provide contribution towards root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations.
- Provide contribution towards maintenance and improvement of FSQ documentation practices.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and housekeeping of FSQ Lab area.
- Other duties, as assigned by management.
