We currently have a great opportunity for a Laboratory Manager to join our Canberra team on a full time basis.
You will be responsible for looking after a very busy laboratory and a great team of scientists. As well as participating in the clinical work, you will be responsible for the delivery of the ongoing excellent outcomes that Genea prides itself on. You will have exceptional clinical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases, provide subject matter expertise as well as train and lead a team of Scientists. This role will be varied with many touch points so strength in communications is a must.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lab Manager to join our Canberra team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a significant impact.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing the patient experience while utilising your strong technical skills to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional success rates for our patients. We are looking for a strong leader who can head up this small team, someone who can drive engagement and continually develop a team who are eager to learn and grow.
