Junior Project Controller

As a Junior Project Controller, you will work with a range of key stakeholders across the business, primarily supporting Project Managers and Cost Account Managers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
• Help monitor project costs, resources, risks and progress against agreed plans.
• Collect project information and produce accurate reports for Project Managers and other stakeholders.
• Support project reviews, risk meetings and the tracking of actions.
• Highlight potential issues or changes and help the team identify appropriate solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• An interest in developing a career in project planning, project controls or project management.
• A degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Business Management or a related subject, or relevant experience within project administration or support.
• Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with good attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and project stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn, ask questions and adapt to changing project priorities.
• Previous exposure to Microsoft Project, scheduling, risk management or project reporting would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

This role has a salary of between £27,990 and £33,000 plus our flexible benefits package.

We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid - typically 3 days working in office) on a weekly basis or fully in our offices.
