What We’re Looking For:

· Compassionate, patient-focused individual committed to evidence-based care

· Experience in planning and implementing physical therapy treatment plans

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

· Current Louisiana Physical Therapist license

· Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

· Ability to work in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment

What You Will Do:

Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs for assigned patients in accordance with medical diagnosis and rehabilitation goals, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
