What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatologist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with patients and families.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Louisiana • Strong clinical expertise in medical dermatology (cosmetic and/or surgical dermatology a plus) • Excellent diagnostic, procedural, and patient communication skills • Commitment to quality, safety, and evidence-based practice • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

As a Dermatologist, you will provide comprehensive dermatologic care to patients across a wide range of conditions, supporting both medical and procedural treatment needs.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic skin conditions, including rashes, infections, and inflammatory disorders • Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other treatments as appropriate • Evaluate and manage skin cancers and pre-cancerous lesions • Provide patient education on skin health, prevention, and treatment plans • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record • Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives • Stay current with advancements in dermatology and evidence-based practices

Education & Experience Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution • Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program • Prior clinical dermatology experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Current or eligible Louisiana medical license • Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
