What We’re Looking For:
A compassionate and skilled clinician with a passion for helping patients overcome speech and communication challenges.

· Experience in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

· Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

· Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of diverse age populations.

Experience Requirements:
Clinical experience in speech-language pathology is preferred.

Educational Requirements:
Louisiana State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology required.

Special Skill, License, and Knowledge Requirements:

· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety standards.

· Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment programs.

· Strong documentation and communication skills.

What You Will Do:

As a Speech Therapist, you will:

· Complete patient assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.

· Provide patient and family education, including home programs and adaptive strategies.

· Document care provided in accordance with departmental standards.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care and discharge planning.

· Participate in continuing education, departmental initiatives, and staff training.

· Contribute to performance improvement and process enhancement efforts.
