    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of capital equipment projects from order through installation and commissioning. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for complex, custom-engineered equipment and system installations. Manage the full project lifecycle for capital equipment orders, including design, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the project. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and take corrective action as needed. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, field service, and quality. Lead project kickoff meetings, design reviews, and regular status updates with stakeholders.

    Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure all customer requirements and contractual obligations are met. Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting using project management tools. Support project financial performance through cost tracking, change management, and invoicing milestones. Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes and tools. Fully support the Company’s ISO objectives, policies, procedures, and the GK WAY program.

    Utilize analytical skills and experience to make independent decisions. Foster cooperation and collaboration among team members. Other duties as assigned.
